Royal London Ireland is proud to have been a founding signatory to the Women in Finance Charter in April 2022.

As a signatory, we committed to improving the number of women in management and board level positions to achieve better gender balance and a more inclusive working environment.

Today, we are pleased to report that we have exceeded our 2023 target of 38% of females in senior level roles with 39.5% of these roles now occupied by females, with 43% female representation at Board level.

Furthermore, we remain on plan to meet our headline target of 42% women in senior roles by the end of 2025. We intend to achieve this by driving positive action plan activities and programmes which focus on increasing female representation across our management levels, by retaining our existing female talent, and by continuing to provide growth and development opportunities for all.

Additionally, we will proactively support initiatives which foster an inclusive working environment, including the delivery of actions under a strengthened Diversity and Inclusion plan.
